  • 1 Coffee grinder
  • 1 Digital scale
  • 1 timer
  • 1 Stirring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 15 g coffee bean
  • 225 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Heat water to 85°C.
  • Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.
  • Place the Aeropress on a scale and add the ground coffee.
  • Add 60ml of hot water and stir for 10 seconds.
  • After 30 seconds, add the remaining water and let the coffee brew for another 60 seconds.
  • Press the plunger to extract the coffee.
  • Pour the coffee into a mug and enjoy!
