Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • Brew 1 cup of coffee and keep it hot.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp condensed milk, and 1 tsp sugar until thick and creamy.
  • Pour the hot coffee into a mug, then spoon the whipped egg mixture on top.
  • Stir lightly before sipping to enjoy the creamy goodness.
