Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • Crushed graham crackers: 1 ½ cups
  • Melted butter: 4 tbsp

For the Ice Cream Layers:

  • Vanilla ice cream softened: 2 cups
  • Chocolate ice cream softened: 2 cups

For the Topping:

  • Whipped cream: 1 cup
  • Shaved chocolate: ¼ cup optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch cake pan.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.

Add the Ice Cream Layers:

  • Soften both the vanilla and chocolate ice creams.
  • Spread vanilla ice cream over the crust, followed by a layer of chocolate ice cream.
  • Use a spatula to gently swirl the two ice creams together. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Add another layer of softened vanilla ice cream. Freeze for an additional hour.

Finish with the Whipped Cream:

  • Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • Spread whipped cream on top of the cake.
  • Sprinkle with shaved chocolate if desired.
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours to set completely.
