- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon optional
Whisk almond milk, coffee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Stir in chia seeds until fully combined.
