- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee chilled
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds optional
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, baking powder, and chia seeds.
Add brewed coffee, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
Pour mixture into the greased dish and spread evenly.
