Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice about 4 limes
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1 cup tequila silver
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ginger: Grate fresh ginger and set aside.
  • Mix ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, grated ginger, agave syrup, and tequila.
  • Shake: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Serve: Strain into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedges.
