- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
Preheat Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients
