Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream softened
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, pressing the mixture into the bottom of your pie dish.
  • Spread softened strawberry ice cream over the crust.
  • Top with a generous layer of strawberry pie filling.
  • Whip the cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then spread over the strawberries.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the cake is solid.
