Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 large lemon juiced
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional for sweetness
  • Ice cubes optional, for a frosty shake

Instructions
 

  • Wash and hull 2 cups of fresh strawberries, then slice them.
  • Squeeze the juice from 1 large lemon, discarding any seeds.
  • Add sliced strawberries to the blender.
  • Pour in 1 cup almond milk for creaminess.
  • Add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder for that muscle boost.
  • If you like it sweeter, drizzle in 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup.
  • For a chilled experience, throw in some ice cubes.
  • Blend everything until it’s smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
