For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp acai powder or acai puree
- ½ cup strawberry puree fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F and line the 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Make the Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the pan.
Prepare the Filling:
