Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz Prosecco or any sparkling wine
  • 1 oz Soda water
  • Ice cubes about 1/2 glass
  • 1 orange slice for garnish

  • Prepare Glass:
  • Fill a wine glass or large rocks glass with ice cubes, about halfway.
  • Add Aperol:
  • Pour 1 1/4 oz of Aperol into the glass over the ice.
  • Pour Sparkling Wine:
  • Add 3 oz of Prosecco or another sparkling wine to the glass.
  • Top with Soda:
  • Add 1 oz of soda water to the glass for a light fizz.
  • Stir:
  • Use a bar spoon or stirring stick to gently stir the ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Garnish and Serve:
  • Garnish the drink with a fresh slice of orange on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
