- 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 chai tea bag or 2 teaspoons loose chai
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup to taste

- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
