Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, heat the almond milk until it's hot but not boiling.
  • In a blender or a mixing bowl, mix the cocoa powder, honey/maple syrup, instant coffee, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the hot almond milk to the blender/mixing bowl and blend/whisk until frothy.
  • Pour the slim chocolate coffee into serving glasses with ice cubes (optional).
  • Serve and enjoy!
