Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup:

  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Pumpkin puree: 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin pie spice: 1 tsp

Espresso Coffee Syrup:

  • Espresso: 1 cup brewed
  • Sugar: 1 cup

Cold Coffee with Chocolate Sauce:

  • Brewed coffee: 1 cup
  • Chocolate sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Ice: as needed
  • Milk or cream: to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine sugar and water for the pumpkin syrup.
  • Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, then cool and store.
  • For espresso syrup, combine brewed espresso and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Heat until sugar dissolves, then cool and store.
  • To make cold coffee, mix brewed coffee, chocolate sauce, and ice.
  • Add milk or cream to taste.
