  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend dry ingredients: In a food processor, combine oats, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and flaxseed until well mixed.
  • Add wet ingredients: Blend in pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Process until it sticks together.
  • Add texture: Stir in chia seeds and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Shape the bites: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
