- Protein powder vanilla or chocolate: 1 scoop (about 30g)
- Banana: 1 medium sliced
- Almond milk or milk of choice: 1 cup
- Greek yogurt: 1/4 cup
- Peanut butter: 1 tbsp
- Ice cubes: 1/2 cup
Add the protein powder, banana, almond milk, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
Spoon in the peanut butter.
Throw in the ice cubes for a chilled texture.
Blend everything on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
