- 1 cup Coarse ground coffee
- 4 cups Water
Grind your coffee beans to a coarse texture.
Add the ground coffee to your Moka pot and fill it with cold water.
Place the Moka pot on the stove over medium heat and wait for the coffee to start brewing.
Once the brewing is complete, remove the Moka pot from the stove and let it cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, transfer the coffee concentrate to a container and place it in the fridge to steep for a minimum of 12 hours, up to 24 hours.
After the steeping is complete, strain the coffee concentrate through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Mix the coffee concentrate with water or milk to your desired strength and serve over ice.
