Ingredients
  

  • Banana: 1 medium
  • Oats: 1/4 cup
  • Protein powder vanilla or chocolate: 1 scoop (about 30g)
  • Almond milk: 1 cup
  • Peanut butter: 1 tbsp
  • Honey: 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes: 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana, oats, protein powder, and almond milk in the blender.
  • Add peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes.
  • Blend everything on high until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and drink up.
  • Optional: Top with chia seeds or cinnamon for extra flavor.
