Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 2 tbsp triple sec
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves about 10
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  • Pineapple slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rim the glasses: Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip in salt.
  • Mix the margarita: In a cocktail shaker, combine pineapple juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and agave syrup.
  • Add mint: Muddle fresh mint leaves in the shaker to release their flavor.
  • Shake it up: Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Pour: Strain the margarita mixture into the salt-rimmed glasses filled with ice.
