This Peppermint Mocha Christmas Coffee combines espresso, cocoa, and peppermint for a delightful holiday beverage that’ll jingle your taste buds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 cup of espresso using your espresso machine or coffee maker.
  • In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of milk, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and 2 tbsp sugar.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking until smooth and warm.
  • Stir in 1/2 tsp peppermint extract and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Pour the espresso into two mugs, filling them halfway.
  • Add the chocolate-mint mixture to each mug and stir gently.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top for extra cheer.
