Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe pears cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any preferred milk
  • 1/2 banana for extra creaminess
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional but recommended
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust for sweetness
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Core and chop the pears; toss them into the blender.
  • Add 1/2 banana for a smoother texture.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup almond milk.
  • Scoop in 1/4 cup Greek yogurt if using.
  • Sweeten with 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes for a chilled texture.
  • Blend until smooth.
