  • Incorporate Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  • Shape the Dough: Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheets. Flatten slightly.
  • Prepare Coffee Topping: Mix espresso powder and granulated sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cookies.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
  • Cool: Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
