Whip up this quick and easy blend, and you’ll never look at regular coffee the same way again. Spoiler alert: it tastes like your favorite cookie but fuels your body for the day ahead.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder about 30 grams
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew a cup of coffee and let it chill.
  • In a blender, combine the cold coffee, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, rolled oats, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  • Blend until smooth, ensuring the oats are fully incorporated.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the blended mixture over the ice and stir well. Enjoy immediately!
