This recipe blends the boldness of Nitro Cold Brew with the sweetness of chocolate chip cookies. It’s a powerhouse combo that’ll wake you up and satisfy your sweet tooth all at once.

Ingredients
  

For Nitro Cold Brew:

  • 2 cups of cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup of milk or cream optional for extra indulgence
  • Ice cubes for when you're feeling desperate for cold

For Chocolate Chip Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • While cookies bake, pour cold brew into a nitro machine (or chill cold brew in fridge and add nitrogen).
  • Pour the nitro cold brew into your favorite glass, top with ice if needed.
  • Serve the cookies warm, with a glass of that smooth, frothy coffee.
