Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup espresso cooled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 prepared or homemade pie crust
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Crust
  • Pre-bake your pie crust according to instructions if using a homemade or store-bought one.
  • Mix Filling
  • In a large bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, espresso, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend Smooth
  • Use a blender to mix ingredients until smooth and creamy, then fold in melted chocolate and coconut sugar.
  • Assemble Pie
  • Pour the filling into the crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  • Chill
  • Refrigerate pie for at least 2 hours or until set. Slice and serve cold.
