- Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
- Mini chocolate chips: 2 tbsp
- Pinch of sea salt
Blend oats: In a food processor, pulse the rolled oats until they’re broken down into a fine texture.
Add protein powder and coffee: Mix in the protein powder, cocoa powder, and instant coffee. Pulse until combined.
Incorporate wet ingredients: Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla. Blend until everything sticks together.
