Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pistachios shelled, unsalted
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix pistachios, almonds, and cashews in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk maple syrup, espresso powder, cocoa, and cinnamon.
  • Pour over nuts and stir to coat evenly.
  • Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Let cool, then toss with chocolate chunks and sea salt.
