Ingredients
  

For the Mocha Light Frappuccino:

  • 1 cup coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 2 tbsp mocha syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream optional

For the Mocha Chip Cookies:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mocha chips

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and let it cool.
  • In a blender, combine cooled coffee, milk, mocha syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream if desired.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and blend.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
  • Stir in chocolate and mocha chips.
  • Drop cookie dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cool cookies on a rack and serve with your frappuccino.
