Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

For the Mocha Mousse

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup dark chocolate melted
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  • Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely.

Prepare the Mocha Mousse

  • Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and espresso powder until thick.
  • Gently fold in melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
  • Spread the mousse into the cooled crust.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings if you’re feeling extra fancy.
