  • Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter cold, cubed: 3 tablespoons

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cake

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the baking pan.
  • In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and ground coffee.
  • In another bowl, cream together sugar, butter, and eggs.
  • Add sour cream and vanilla to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

Streusel Topping

  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter.
  • Use a fork or your fingers to blend until the mixture is crumbly.

Bake

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the streusel topping evenly.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool and Serve

  • Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
