Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the Bundt pan.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and coffee granules in a bowl.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack.
