Ingredients
For the Mocha Brownies:

unsalted butter
melted

granulated sugar

large eggs

vanilla extract

instant coffee granules

all-purpose flour

For the Coffee Ganache Frosting:

heavy cream

semi-sweet chocolate chips

instant coffee granules
Instructions
Preheat & Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Make the Batter: Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and coffee granules. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir well.
Bake the Brownies: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool in the pan.
Make the Ganache: Heat cream in a saucepan. Remove from heat, then stir in chocolate chips and coffee granules.
Frost the Brownies: Once the brownies are cool, spread the ganache over the top and allow it to set.

Additional Notes/Tips
