Ingredients
  

For the Mocha Brownies:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder

For the Coffee Ganache Frosting:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • Make the Batter: Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and coffee granules. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir well.
  • Bake the Brownies: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool in the pan.
  • Make the Ganache: Heat cream in a saucepan. Remove from heat, then stir in chocolate chips and coffee granules.
  • Frost the Brownies: Once the brownies are cool, spread the ganache over the top and allow it to set.
