- 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder about 30 grams
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Brew your coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
In a blender, combine cooled coffee, chocolate protein powder, almond milk, peppermint extract, cocoa powder, and honey or agave syrup.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
