Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, matcha powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  • Add the wet ingredients: mix in brewed coffee, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully blended.
  • Fold in the chopped nuts, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Press the mixture into the lined baking pan evenly using a spatula or your hands.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges turn slightly golden. Let cool before cutting into bars.
