This Mango Coconut Iced Coffee is a tropical twist on your regular iced brew, perfect for sunny days or when you need a mini getaway.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk full-fat for that creamy vibe
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, depending on your sweetness level
  • Ice cubes enough to chill
  • Shredded coconut for garnish optional but highly recommended

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the coconut milk, mango puree, and honey. Blend until smooth and silky.
  • Fill your glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cold brew coffee into each glass until it's halfway full.
  • Top each glass with the mango-coconut mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  • Garnish with shredded coconut if you're feeling fancy.
  • Pop in a straw, sit back, and sip like you’re on a tropical beach.
