  • 1 cup ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 cups brewed coffee chilled
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes

  • Prepare Mango Puree: In a blender, blend together diced mango and cardamom until smooth.
  • Make Sweetened Coffee: In a saucepan, heat brewed coffee with honey until dissolved. Let it cool.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a pitcher, mix chilled brewed coffee, mango puree, and milk. Stir well.
  • Serve: Fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mango cardamom coffee mixture over the ice.
