Ingredients
  

  • 1 large lemon peeled and deseeded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or preferred milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Peel the lemon and remove seeds.
  • Add the lemon, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to the blender.
  • Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, and add vanilla extract.
  • Toss in the ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
