- 1 large lemon peeled and deseeded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk or preferred milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Peel the lemon and remove seeds.
Add the lemon, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to the blender.
Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, and add vanilla extract.
Toss in the ice cubes.
