This lemon smoothie blends the fresh tang of lemon with creamy yogurt and a touch of honey for sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon peeled and juiced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based alternative
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes as needed for texture

Instructions
 

  • Juice 1 lemon and add it to your blender.
  • Scoop in 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (or plant-based option).
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of almond milk (or preferred milk).
  • Add 1 tbsp of honey (or your sweetener of choice).
  • Toss in ice cubes to achieve your preferred consistency.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
