Ingredients
  

  • Cookies:

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract, followed by lavender.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until incorporated.
  • Stir in Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop Dough: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool on a wire rack.
  • Make Coffee Drizzle: Dissolve the coffee granules in hot water and mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Drizzle: Once the cookies have cooled, drizzle the coffee mixture on top of each cookie.
