Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe kiwis peeled
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or any preferred liquid
  • 1/2 banana for creaminess
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes optional, for texture

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop 2 kiwis, adding them to the blender.
  • Toss in 1/2 cup pineapple chunks for extra tropical vibes.
  • Add 1/2 banana for smoothness.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup coconut water or liquid of choice.
  • Sweeten with 1 tbsp honey or other sweetener.
  • Throw in some ice cubes if you want a chill smoothie.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy.
