Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the cashew milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
In a blender, combine the cocoa powder, coconut oil, powdered erythritol, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, and salt.
Slowly pour the hot cashew milk into the blender. Be careful as the liquid is hot.
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and frothy.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or coffee flavor according to your preference.
Pour the Keto Coconut Mocha into mugs or glasses.
If desired, top with whipped cream and garnish with shredded coconut.
