Ingredients
  

  • Unsalted butter softened: 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar: 1 cup
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • International Delight sugar cookie-flavored creamer: 1/4 cup
  • All-purpose flour: 2 1/2 cups
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar using an electric mixer.
  • Add the egg, vanilla extract, and International Delight creamer. Mix until fully combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  • Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are slightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on a rack before serving.
