- 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder about 30 grams
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
- Ice cubes
Brew a cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey or sweetener.
Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the blended mixture over the ice. Stir well to combine and enjoy immediately!
