Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 scoop protein powder your choice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter peanut, almond, etc.
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional

  • Brew Coffee
  • Brew a cup of coffee and allow it to chill in the refrigerator.
  • Combine Ingredients
  • In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, protein powder, banana, almond milk, and nut butter.
  • Add Ice

  • Blend Until Smooth
