Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew your coffee and let it cool.
  • Add the coffee, protein powder, almond milk, banana, cinnamon, and chia seeds to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the shake into an airtight container or jar for meal prep.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Drink cold—preferably while pretending to be productive.
