- 1/2 cup iced coffee
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash the bananas and add the iced coffee, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
