For the Bars:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup honey
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
For the Topping:
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp instant coffee
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients: Combine almond flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add the wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix honey, almond milk, instant coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine and bake: Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into the dish and smooth it out.
Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
