Ingredients
  

For the Bars:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the Topping:

  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp instant coffee

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix the dry ingredients: Combine almond flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix honey, almond milk, instant coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine and bake: Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into the dish and smooth it out.
  • Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Prepare the topping: Mix almond milk, honey, and instant coffee in a small bowl, then pour over the cooled bars.
  • Cool and slice: Let them cool completely, then slice into 12 bars.
