- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Ice cubes
Add the whole milk and heavy cream to the blender.
Scoop in the peanut butter and protein powder.
Slice the banana and add it to the mix.
Toss in the honey and rolled oats.
Add a handful of ice cubes.
Blend until smooth, then serve.
