Ingredients
  

  • Spinach fresh or frozen: 1 cup
  • Kale fresh or frozen: 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber peeled: 1/4
  • Green apple sliced: 1/2
  • Banana: 1/2
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger fresh or powdered: 1/2 inch or 1/4 tsp
  • Almond milk: 1/2 cup
  • Protein powder optional: 1 scoop

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ingredients: Peel the cucumber, slice the apple and banana, and measure the greens.
  • Blend it up: Add spinach, kale, cucumber, apple, banana, lemon juice, ginger, almond milk, and protein powder to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth: Process until everything is fully combined and creamy.
  • Serve and enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass, and pretend you’re having the healthiest day ever.
