Ingredients
  

  • Spinach fresh or frozen: 1 cup
  • Cucumber peeled: 1/4
  • Green apple sliced: 1/2
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger fresh or powdered: 1/4 tsp
  • Celery stalks: 2
  • Coconut water: 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ingredients: Peel cucumber, slice apple, and chop celery.
  • Add ingredients to blender: Toss spinach, cucumber, apple, celery, ginger, lemon juice, and coconut water in.
  • Blend: Process until smooth and refreshing.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass and sip like you're conquering health.
